General
We work primarily with small and medium businesses across Canada and North America. Our clients span a wide range of industries including home services, professional services (lawyers, accountants, consultants), e-commerce, real estate, health and wellness, and local retail. If you sell a product or service and want more customers online, we can help.
We're a Canadian digital marketing agency. While most of our clients are based in Canada, we work with businesses across North America. All of our services are delivered remotely, and we use tools like Google Meet and Loom to keep communication seamless no matter where you're located.
The easiest way is to book a free 30-minute call. We'll discuss your business, your goals, and what's holding you back right now. From there, we'll put together a proposal tailored to your situation — no pressure, no generic packages.
Yes. We offer monthly retainers for ongoing ad management, SEO, CRM support, and maintenance. Many of our clients start with a one-time project and then move to a monthly plan once they see results and want to keep the momentum going. We're a long-term partner, not a one-time vendor.
Web Design
A landing page typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full multi-page website usually takes 3–6 weeks depending on the scope, how quickly we receive your content (copy, logos, images), and how many rounds of revisions are needed. We'll give you a clear timeline at the start of every project.
Yes, we build on WordPress by default. It's the most widely used CMS in the world, gives you full ownership of your site, and is easy to update once we show you how. We include a brief training walkthrough at handoff so you can make basic updates (blog posts, text changes, image swaps) without needing us.
We can recommend and set up hosting for you through providers like Cloudflare or WP Engine, or we can work with hosting you already have. We always make sure your site is on a fast, reliable server with SSL configured before launch. Hosting costs are passed through at cost — we don't mark them up.
Advertising & SEO
It depends on your industry, location, and goals. For most of our small business clients, we recommend a minimum ad spend of $1,000–$1,500/month to generate meaningful data and results. We don't take a percentage of your ad spend — our management fee is separate and flat, so you always know what you're paying and why.
SEO is a long-term investment. Most clients start seeing meaningful ranking improvements within 3–6 months, with significant traffic growth by month 6–12. The timeline depends on your industry competitiveness, your existing domain authority, and how much content and link-building work is required. We'll set realistic expectations upfront.
Yes. Paid advertising requires continuous monitoring, testing, and optimization to stay profitable — a "set it and forget it" approach is one of the most common ways to waste ad spend. Our management retainers include regular bid adjustments, audience and creative testing, performance reporting, and strategy calls.
CRM & Automation
For most small businesses and service providers, GoHighLevel is our top recommendation — it's powerful, affordable, and includes marketing automation, SMS, email, and landing pages all in one platform. Salesforce is better suited for businesses with larger sales teams, complex pipelines, or requirements to integrate with enterprise systems. We'll help you choose the right fit during your free call.
A CRM is your database — it stores contacts, deals, and communication history so nothing falls through the cracks. Automation is the layer on top of that — it triggers actions automatically based on rules (e.g., "send a follow-up SMS 2 hours after a form submission"). They work best together, and we set them both up as part of a single engagement.
Absolutely. We start by mapping out your current process — how leads come in, how they're followed up with, how jobs are scheduled and invoiced. Then we identify exactly where automation can save the most time and implement it step by step. If your existing tools (like your job management software or email platform) have APIs, we can usually connect them.
AI Agents
An AI voice agent can answer inbound calls, ask qualifying questions, provide information about your services and pricing, book appointments directly into your calendar, and take messages — all in a natural, conversational way. It can also make outbound calls to follow up on leads who haven't responded to emails or texts. Think of it as a 24/7 receptionist that never calls in sick.
No — not with modern voice technology. We use ElevenLabs and other best-in-class voice AI providers that produce highly natural-sounding speech with proper pacing, intonation, and emotion. Combined with a well-written script and persona, most callers can't tell they're speaking with an AI. We'll let you hear it for yourself before anything goes live.
A basic AI chat or voice agent can be live in as little as 1–2 weeks. More complex agents with deep CRM integration, custom conversation flows, and multi-channel deployment typically take 3–4 weeks. We handle the full setup — from scripting and voice selection to testing, integration, and deployment — so you don't need any technical knowledge.
